- After you order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email box within 24 hours.
- After we ship the hair, our customer service will email you tracking informations. You can check the shipping status on shipping company site 24 hours later after we provide the tracking number.
We normally use USPS to deliver orders which is completely free of charge. It will take about 10-15 business days to arrive.
If you are urgent, we offer express shipping service, which cost extra $9. When you place an order, you can choose express shipping.
Pleas note: we do NOT provide overnight shipping.
We are NOT responsible for any import duties, customs or local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's local customs office or tax agent for details.
If your package gets lost, you will be asked to contact your local delivery company first. If you don't get any response than you can send us an email to inform us of such a problem. We will ask the courier company to open an investigation on your package. This process may take up-to 2 weeks. After the investigation has been completed, we will then deal with your issue accordingly.
Our goal is to make all of customers happy with their orders. so we offer FREE exchange and returns for the items that have not been worn or tampered with.

- After the exchange request has been authorized , ship the hair back to the address we gave you . You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $5-$7 for U.S. customer.
No exchange unit will be processed unless you offered us the receipt or the tracking # of the return
We have every right to refuse for the package if you send it back without our permission.
- For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

- After the return request has been authorized , ship the hair back to the address we gave you.We will bear the return shipping fee. There won't be any restocking fee charged, just a $20 shipping fee when we shipped to you at the beginning of the sale, will be deducted from your payment.
