We specializes in hair extensions production and sales. We devote ourselves in providing you premium quality hair extensions with reasonable price and knight service .In order to offer you secure online shopping circumstance, we are launching 'Free Exchange & Return' campaign from now.

Definite details below:

  • The customer who isn't satisfied with the hair products, please contact us by email service@owigs.com within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.

  • In order to ensure the safe transport of the hair extensions, be sure to contact us before sending the hair product back, Please! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

  • If customers can follow all items, please contact with service@owigs.com to fill in the returning application.

  • All rights to interpret are reserved by owigs.com .

For exchange case

  • Do not accept any subjective and unreasonable reason of customer to request for exchange.

  • This promise is applied for the in stock hair extensions, not include any used and custom hair extensions, special offer products or clearance sale. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused, uncut and in original package.

  • Customers who want to exchange can make application only one time for one order. please make sure all the information of exchange unit is right!

  • Please send pictures of the hair extension to us when you decide to make exchange, because we should check the condition of the hair extension.

  • The exchange can be done in the same style, if you want to exchange the different style or the hair extensions in different length and so on, you should pay the price difference if any.

  • There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange

  • For the shipping fee, in order to save you money, we can give you our ups account to let you send your wig back, and you should pay $40 to our PayPal account as the fee of sending the wig back via our ups account (if you send it by yourself via ups or DHL, but it will cost $90~$110)

  • After we confirm your exchange request, you can send the hair extensions back with it.

For return case

  • Do not accept any subjective and unreasonable reason of customer to request for return.

  • This promise is applied for the in stock hair extensions, not include any used and custom hair extensions, special offer products or clearance sale. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused, uncut and in original package.

  • Please send pictures of the hair extension to us when you decide to make return, because we should check the condition of the hair extension.

  • For return case, you are required to send the hair extension by yourself. After we get the returned order, your refund of original payment will be back to your account, $20 will be deducted from the original total. this 20 dollars is for the previous shipping that you need to repay us if you want to return your order.

  • When you send the hair extension back, if you are in the USA, you may want to choose USPS, which should be very cheap. the shipping fee can be as low as $10~20. but it will take about 4-5 weeks to get to us. So this is not recommended to ship the hair extension back which is to be exchanged, but return case is available.

  • After we confirm your return request, you can send the hair extension back with it.
