We are the VIP customer of UPS & FEDEX. We ship all of our products to customers by UPS & FEDEX. When we ship the lace wig out, you will get the package in 48 hours.

In stock lace wig : you can receive the wig with 4-6 business days after you order.

Custom lace wig: you can receive the wig with 25-27 business days after you order.

Hair Tools Shipping and Delivery

How do you deliver all the hair tools and how long can I receive them after placing orders?

OWIGS delivers all the hair tools by UPS , FEDEX or DHL to US, Canada, Australia or most Western European courtiers free of charge.

Here is the time when you can receive the stock order: 3-4 working days

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

When your hair tools has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided; the tracking number will be attached in the email.

Thenyou can check the status of shipment.

Can I change the shipping address when I ordered?

If you want to change your shipping address, you should send email to tell us in time, the limited time: in 24 hours

If you don't tell us in the time frame ,we will ship your order to your initial shipping address, if you can not receive it we are not responsible for it.

Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

We can not deliver orders to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
