Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if items in your order are unavailable.

Customer Privacy Policy

Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of all customers. All personal information you provide is used exclusively for ordering, which is strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned to third party. For the purpose of providing best service to our customers, owigs. Com regularly sends emails to customers for special offers and discounts on items. At any time, you can send an email to service@owigs.com for unsubscribing to such emails

Delivery Policy

We do not process or deliver orders out on weekends or holidays.
If orders are not arrived in promised date on website, we will refund the full delivery fee paid by you.

Repair Service

Within 30 days from receiving the wig, customers shall only pay the return delivery fee ($40)for any wigs lost or tied during use, and we will supply for repair free of charge.
If over 30 days, customers shall need to pay totally $80, including repair fee $40 and return delivery fee $40 for wigs with above problems.

Return & Exchange Policy

By nature of our products, all sales are final with no refunds.

We try our best to make our sales perfect and satisfy our customers in highest degree. We understand some customers may ask for a return in some cases. We will not accept any refunds, however, you can request for return and exchange if the goods on your order meet the following conditions:

No cut, tear or rip on lace;
No dye or brush on the wig (not brush even by fingers);
Never been worn;
No glue, tape, oil or anything on the wig;
Complete original packaging of the wig;

You shall contact us within 48 hours from receiving orders for return or exchange; if out of 48 hours, your request will not be processed. Exchange will be free of service charge, and only return delivery fee shall be paid.

The following conditions are not available for exchange:

Orders with errors by customers (including colors, lengths, head dimensions, etc.)

Note: If requesting for repair or exchange, you shall firstly contact us by service email: service@owigs.com. We will not provide any repair (or exchange) service on returned wig without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.

Modification& Cancel Policy

Cancel

Within 24 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 24 hours, we will not accept any order cancel.
Note: If the order has been delivered or produced, order cancel is not acceptable.

Modification

Modification on stock order is not acceptable.
Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge.
If between 72 hours and 7 days, it will charge $150 on modification, and the delivery time will be 7 days longer.
No modification is accepted if over 7 days.
